1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to the Rebuild Your Self-Leadership Program and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Self-Leadership Collective, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Wisconsin limited liability company. By accessing or using our website, purchasing any program or service, creating an account, or otherwise engaging with us, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Description of Services

Self-Leadership Collective, LLC provides self-leadership coaching services, including but not limited to:

       Online coaching programs and courses delivered through our membership platform

       One-on-one and group coaching sessions conducted via video conferencing

       Sales consultations and discovery calls

       Digital content, resources, worksheets, and educational materials

       Email communications including newsletters, program updates, and promotional materials

       SMS/text message communications related to program information, session reminders, and promotional content

Our Services are designed to provide guidance, education, and support for personal and professional self-leadership development. The specific offerings, features, and delivery methods of our Services may change from time to time at our discretion.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Account Registration

Certain features of our Services require you to create an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payment and Billing

5.1 Pricing and Payment

All fees for our programs and services are stated in U.S. dollars and are due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is expressly offered and agreed upon in writing. We accept payment through the methods available on our platform. You agree to provide valid and current payment information.

5.2 No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the immediate access to digital content and coaching resources provided upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any programs, courses, coaching sessions, or digital products. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are waiving any right to a refund.

5.3 Payment Plans

If you enroll in a program with a payment plan, you are committing to pay the full program fee. Failure to complete payment plan installments may result in suspension of access to program materials and may be subject to collection efforts. Outstanding balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Wisconsin law.

6. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Self-Leadership Collective, LLC

By opting in to our SMS/text messaging program, you consent to receive text messages from Self-Leadership Collective, LLC related to coaching program updates, session reminders, motivational content, promotional offers, and other information related to our Services.

       You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 1-855-630-1411. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

       If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].

       Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

       As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our Services—including but not limited to course materials, videos, worksheets, templates, written content, graphics, logos, trademarks, and proprietary methodologies—is the exclusive property of Self-Leadership Collective, LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

       Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content

       Share, resell, or sublicense access to any programs or materials

       Record, screenshot, or capture any live coaching sessions, calls, or webinars without our prior written consent

       Use our content to create competing products or services

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in immediate termination of your access and may subject you to legal action including claims for damages

8. Coaching Disclaimer

Our Services are for educational and informational purposes only. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychology, psychotherapy, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or any other licensed professional service. Self-Leadership Collective, LLC and its coaches are not licensed therapists, psychologists, physicians, attorneys, or financial advisors.

You acknowledge and agree that:

       Coaching involves personal exploration and may surface challenging emotions; you are solely responsible for your own well-being and decisions

       You will seek the advice of qualified professionals for any medical, psychological, legal, or financial matters

       If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis, you should contact a licensed mental health professional or emergency services immediately

       We reserve the right to refer you to appropriate professionals and/or discontinue coaching if we believe it is in your best interest

9. No Guarantee of Results

While we are committed to providing high-quality coaching and educational content, we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees—express or implied—regarding the results you may or may not achieve from using our Services. Individual results vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to individual effort, background, commitment, and circumstances.

Any examples, testimonials, or case studies shared through our marketing or Services are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees of similar outcomes. Your success depends primarily on your own effort and application of the principles taught.

10. Confidentiality

We take the confidentiality of our coaching relationships seriously. Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential, subject to the following exceptions:

       Where disclosure is required by law or court order

       Where there is an imminent risk of harm to you or others

       Where you provide written consent to disclosure

       In aggregate or de-identified form for research, training, or marketing purposes

If you participate in group coaching programs, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared by other participants. You may not disclose, share, or discuss the personal details of other participants outside of the group setting.

11. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree to:

       Treat all coaches, staff, and fellow participants with respect and professionalism

       Not engage in any harassing, abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior

       Not use our Services for any unlawful purpose

       Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

       Attend scheduled coaching sessions on time or provide reasonable notice of cancellation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our sole discretion, without refund, if you violate these conduct standards or otherwise engage in behavior that is detrimental to our community.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SELF-LEADERSHIP COLLECTIVE, LLC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, COACHES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Self-Leadership Collective, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: your use of our Services; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any rights of a third party; or any content or information you provide in connection with our Services.

14. Third-Party Platforms and Links

Our Services may be delivered through or integrated with third-party platforms including but not limited to Kajabi, Zoom, Calendly, and GoHighLevel. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of any third-party platforms.

Our website or communications may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, or services offered by third parties.

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceeding, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will make good faith efforts to resolve any dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving notice.

15.2 Binding Arbitration

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the State of Wisconsin. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

15.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND SELF-LEADERSHIP COLLECTIVE, LLC AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

17. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, without prior notice or liability.

Upon termination, your right to access and use our Services ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including but not limited to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Dispute Resolution, and Governing Law—shall survive.

18. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the “Effective Date” at the top. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Self-Leadership Collective, LLC regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
